I can't say enough good things about Eddy, Josh and their team. They've helped me for 4 years and through 2 different cars, always going the extra mile to get the problem fixed quickly and at the best deal. It's so hard to find a good, honest mechanic (especially one for foreign cars) and when you find them, hold on! I recently moved away from the city and after some terrible experiences with other mechanics, I now make the trip to SF to this team because I know and trust that they'll help me in such an honest way.
Went here in 2020 just before lockdown happened. I had a 2015 Mini Cooper F55. It was the usual brake pad, filter and oil change, but additionally having new Michelin Pilot Sport AS3s fitted. I don't have anything negative or critical to say. No problems with fitting, and the service is timely. Would return again.
I love working with European Motor Works. I have a VW bug and i know i can't take her to just any mechanic with the way everything is set up - stacked. I had some transmission issues a couple years ago and EMW has reached out yearly to see how it's doing. I also love that they explain exactly what's wrong, the pricing of each part and pricing of labor. Everything is very transparent pricing wise. EMW also tells me everything that needs repairing and whether or not it is absolutely necessary to replace vs maintain. Love these peeps.
